How we handle your information.

The “What is your IT?” reflection on the Put It Under page runs only in your browser. Your selection is not saved, sent to us, added to the page link, or included in analytics. It disappears when you leave or refresh the page.

The Copy Page Link button copies only the public page address. It never includes your reflection.

When you sign up on the Join the Movement page, we store your email address, your first name if you give it, and the date you signed up. This information is kept private: visitors to the website cannot see it, and only Faith Over Fitness™ can view it.

We use it only to send the Faith Over Fitness™ updates you asked for, starting with one email confirming your signup. Every email will include a way to unsubscribe.

To change your email preferences or ask to be removed from a list, contact Support with the subject “Email preferences.”

When you register your interest on the It’s A Gift page, we store your email address and any optional details you choose to give: first name, country or region, preferred language, the ways you would like to take part, and organization name. This information is kept private: visitors to the website cannot see it, and only Faith Over Fitness™ can view it.

We use it only to plan the campaign and to contact you about decal availability, participation, and translation review. You will receive campaign emails only if you check the email box, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Your declaration image is created entirely in your browser. What you name, your reflection answers and the image itself are not uploaded, and no email is needed to download or share it. To keep your work if you visit another page, they are remembered in that browser tab only, and cleared when you close the tab or choose “create another.”

Only if you choose to post to the PUT IT UNDER. Wall do we store your entry: the library item or words you chose, whether you want to be anonymous, your first name or handle if you give them, and your confirmations. Your two reflection answers are sent only if you tick “Include my reflection answers”; if you do, they are reviewed and, once approved, shown on the Wall with your declaration. Otherwise they are never sent. We email a copy of the entry to Faith Over Fitness™ so it can be reviewed. Every entry is reviewed by a person before it can appear anywhere, and nothing is featured on our social media unless you ticked that box. Community submissions are for people 18 and older.

You keep ownership, and you can ask us to remove an entry at any time. To request removal or report a concern, visit Support & Removal Requests or email james@jamesvillepigue.com.

When you choose a practice on Live the Order, this browser remembers only which practice you chose and the day you last tapped “I took this step.” It stays on your device, is not sent to us, is not an account and does not sync. “Clear my practice” removes it.

An invitation link names only the practice. It does not identify you and never includes your notes, declaration or reflections. You decide whether and where to send it.

If you use “Not sure where to start?” on Live the Order, what you type is sent through our server to our AI service (Lovable AI) only to write one practice suggestion. We don’t save or log your words, the AI service is set not to keep them, and the suggestion is shown only to you. To limit repeated use, we keep a scrambled one-way code derived from your connection, never your internet address itself. Codes older than 24 hours are removed the next time someone uses the suggester, so they can stay longer if nobody uses it for a while. Please leave out names and private details.

Notes you write on What the Mirror Cannot Show stay on that page. They are not sent to us, saved, added to a link or included in analytics, and they disappear when you leave or refresh. They reach someone only if you copy or share them yourself.

When you share feedback on the Made With the Movement page, we store your answers, the date, your confirmation that you are 18 or older and, only if you give them, your first name and email address. This feedback is kept separate from declarations and signups. Visitors cannot see it; only Faith Over Fitness™ can view it, to inform apparel decisions.

To limit repeated automated sends, we keep a scrambled one-way code derived from your connection. We never store your internet address itself, and the code changes every day. Codes older than 24 hours are removed the next time the form is used, so they can stay longer while the form is quiet.

There are two separate email choices, both unticked unless you tick them: permission to contact you about your feedback, and emails about future rounds of Made With the Movement. Either one needs your email address. We record which you chose, when, and the wording version. Neither adds you to the Join the Movement list or any other list, and your earlier choices elsewhere on the site are not used here.

Sharing feedback does not give us permission to publish your name, story or words, or to put your exact wording or artwork on merchandise. Any use of an original creative contribution would need a separate written agreement about use, credit and compensation.

To ask us to delete your feedback, contact Support with the subject “Remove my Made With the Movement feedback.”

You do not need an account to use the public website, create a declaration, or download an image, and the website does not offer accounts to visitors. Community submissions are reviewed privately by Faith Over Fitness™. The public website does not offer personal scores or profiles, and does not ask you to share personal confessions or testimonies. It does not offer streaks, badges or public counts.

Scripture references link to Bible Gateway, which opens in a new tab and is governed by its own privacy policy. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts.
