Faith Over Fitness™

The Movement

Fitness is the first arena.

This is not a campaign to watch. It is a conviction to live.

Faith Over Fitness™ begins where strength, appearance, ambition, and identity meet. The conviction reaches further: every gift and every pursuit needs its proper place under Jesus Christ.

The gym is where that conversation begins.

Step 4 · Share It

Give Him the glory. In public.

Sharing this isn’t promoting a brand. It is giving God the glory, in public, for what He has given you, and letting someone else see that they don’t have to carry the pressure to measure up either.

  • Share your declaration

Create it, then post it yourself or send it to Faith Over Fitness™ to be considered for our official social media and the Wall.

  • Invite someone

Send the site to someone who may be ready to put it under.

  • Carry the reminder

Help bring “It’s a gift. Not a god.” into your gym, community, or language.

Take part

Live it with the people you know.

Three free ways to carry the conviction beyond a single declaration. No account needed.

  • Practice together

Choose one of the five Live the Order practices to carry this week, and invite someone you know to carry it with you.

  • What the Mirror Cannot Show

Write someone a personal note about the strength you see in how they live: patience, courage, kindness, service.

  • Made With the Movement

Tell us what a Faith Over Fitness shirt should mean and where you would actually wear it. We are listening before anything is designed.

A different order becomes visible through people.

A person examines a motive. A choice changes. Someone else notices. A conversation begins.

An athlete practices humility. A coach chooses honesty. A beginner is welcomed. A person learns to handle a setback without surrendering their sense of worth.

This is how the message travels.

Let your life give the words credibility.

Carry the reminder because it names a conviction you want to live. Share the question because it helped you examine something honestly. Invite a conversation because someone else may be wrestling with the same pursuit.

A reminder can introduce the words. Your life can help explain them. The conversation can point toward Christ.

Train the gift. Worship the Giver.

A central campaign

It’s a gift. Not a god.

The mirror decal campaign is one of the central ways we are building for people to carry this conviction into everyday spaces: the gyms, locker rooms, and training studios where people examine their reflection.

Through local participation and carefully reviewed translations, the same reminder is meant to reach other countries and languages.

A man with a towel over his shoulders studies his reflection in a locker-room mirror. A small decal near the mirror’s upper-left corner reads “It’s a gift. Not a god.”

The developing vision

What we are building toward

  • Films that make people pause

Stories and images that help people recognize what has been governing them and consider a different order.

  • Teaching that reaches daily life

Scripture-grounded reflection on motives, discipline, integrity, responsibility, and service.

  • Real-world reminders

Thoughtful, permission-based activations in places where people encounter the pressure to prove themselves.

The PUT IT UNDER. declaration creator, community Wall, introductory reading, and daily practices are available now. Future releases and programs will be announced when they are ready.

The question follows us beyond fitness.

What is over your ambition? What is over your career? What is over your money? What is over your need for approval?

The same conviction can reach every arena of life. The longer-term vision extends toward Faith Over It™, Faith Over It All™, and Jesus Over It™—expressions of the same call to place our pursuits under Christ.

Faith Over Fitness™ is the first territory in which we are making that conviction visible.

This question is meant to travel across gyms, sports, communities, and cultures, with its answer kept clear: Jesus Christ comes first.
